"Jerry made the entire house buying process as easily as he could possibly make it. Our house was a roller coaster, but Jerry handled everything and got us to closing with no issues. The appraisal came in WAY low and he was able to find comparable homes to get the value back up to where the sellers were able to make another deal. We eneded up with teh house and Jerry made everything as smoth as possible. He is very fast to respond and friendly. He makes an effort to help you understand the process and explain everything step by step. I definitely recommend Jerry to anyone who is looking to buy in the area."

We also had been awarded the Preservation Banner from the City of Tampa, Florida, and were on the Seminole Heights Tour of Homes. Our home had been listed several times previously with no acceptable contract. "I am not sure where to begin because Jerry was/is the ideal agent. He took all of our thoughts and considerations into account and provided us with the ideal property that suited us and was well within our budget. Jerry was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted stay in and provided us with a list of homes that were narrowed down to the features that we asked for. HE LISTENED and that is very rare these days! The responsiveness of Jerry was spot on! Whenever we contacted him via phone or email, he was readily available and was able to address any of our concerns. He took the bull by the horns and got us under contract on an REO home in less than a week. That is very rare considering the amount of time it takes for the asset managers to sign these contracts. All we can say is Jerry was on top of this from the moment we chose the home to the moment we closed. Great all around person and very likeable! He comes HIGHLY recommended by us! Great Job Jerry you rock!"

"We my wife and I first met Jerry; we had already had some bad experiences with the wrong realtors. These realtors just did not understand or get our needs vs wants and seemed only to care about their bottom line. After striking out a few times, being showed the wrong house repeatedly, a family member, who spoke good things about him, finally referred us to Jerry. As skeptical as we were, he was very attentive, asked us what we were looking for, needs, area we were most interested in, and was very patient and attentive. As a first time homebuyer, my wife and I had tons of questions. Jerry made it his personal business to educate us and keep us pointed down the correct path. Where other realtors seemed to careless. After a couple months of looking for that "House", we found it. Jerry was able to correspond with us, my broker and the previous owner's realtor to make sure the process went smoothly. If you are looking for that go-getter, Jerry is your realtor. "
